5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright. We may also suspend repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may reply to the same address with a counter-notice explaining why.
